The Team

The Founders

Two engineers who built GenJecX because they kept encountering the same gap: organisations buying AI products when what they needed was intelligence infrastructure built for their specific problem.

Garima Kalra

Garima Kalra

Founder & Lead Researcher

Education

BITS Pilani — Computer Science with AI/ML Honours

Background

CS researcher with a focus on intelligence that emerges from deep understanding, not from adapting whatever model is trending. Led research into representation learning, custom neural architectures, and domain-specific AI across healthcare and media applications. Builds systems designed to understand problems, not pattern-match against them.

Areas of Focus
  • Representation learning and knowledge organisation
  • Custom neural architectures for domain-specific problems
  • Building intelligence from first principles, not from shortcuts

Garima leads research and model development at GenJecX. She designed the knowledge engineering methodology applied across every engagement and architected the frameworks underlying our Tier 3 systems. Her core belief: genuinely domain-aware AI requires a fundamentally different design philosophy than fine-tuned general models.

Aurin Desai

Aurin Desai

Founder & System Architect

Education

BITS Pilani — Computer Science, Advanced ML

Background

Engineer turned AI systems architect. Spent years understanding why AI products fail in production — not at the model level, but at the system level. Built the infrastructure frameworks that make GenJecX systems reliable, scalable, and genuinely production-ready across complex deployment environments.

Areas of Focus
  • AI system architecture and production infrastructure
  • Scaling custom intelligence without reliability trade-offs
  • Long-term research-driven product engineering

Aurin leads system architecture and infrastructure at GenJecX. He designs the end-to-end systems that house our intelligence — from data pipelines and inference servers to monitoring and reliability engineering. His principle: intelligence that cannot survive production conditions is not real intelligence.

Philosophy

How We Think

These principles are not marketing copy. They drive everyday decisions.

Research Before Scale

We do not move fast and break things. We move deliberately and understand things. This is how you build systems that last.

Problems Come First

We are obsessed with understanding problems deeply. The solution emerges from that understanding. Tools are secondary.

Depth Over Speed

We choose depth and capability over quick deployments. This attracts clients who value the same.

Long-Term Thinking

We build for systems that matter over years. That shapes every decision. Not about next quarter — about next decade.

Intellectual Honesty

We document failures. We acknowledge constraints. We do not oversell. Real credibility comes from being right, not from being loud.

Impact Matters

We care about the problems we solve. If it does not matter, we do not do it. That filters for meaningful work.

Ethics

Ethical & Long-Term Thinking

We are guided by long-term values, not short-term incentives. This shapes how we work.

Mental Health & Medical Systems

We build these systems with exceptional care. Domain expertise is mandatory. Human validation is non-negotiable. We do not cut corners on interpretability.

Data Privacy & Ownership

Your data is yours. We do not use it for other purposes. We do not resell insights. Clear, binding agreements on data handling.

Transparency & Documentation

We document everything. You own the models, the training data, the architecture. Portability is guaranteed. No vendor lock-in.

Impact Alignment

We choose work that matters. We do not build systems for harm. If the intended use conflicts with our values, we will decline.

Why This Matters: Long-term thinking means we invest in relationships, not transactions. We build systems designed to work for years.
